Welcome to Briccs, a unique bricklaying training program crafted for young people ages 16-17. At Briccs, participants don’t just learn the technical skills of bricklaying—they develop essential youth construction skills that lay the foundation for lifelong success. Through hands-on building projects, teamwork, and leadership exercises, youth in our program gain real-world experience that prepares them for rewarding careers in construction and beyond.

Briccs combines bricklaying training with life skills training, enabling participants to grow both professionally and personally.

- Brick Building Basics: Learn fundamental techniques in a guided, supportive environment.

Program Schedule

- Weekly Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3-hour sessions.

- Special Saturdays: Every other week, participants dive into extended team activities and complex projects.
