Youth Program Manager

Want to oversee youth programs? Are you a boss asset? We are looking for a Programs Manager to ensure our organization's programs are created and implemented. The volunteer will assist in our youth programs area volunteering mainly virtually and occasionally in the field. The programs manager will work alongside the president with the following: Updating and maintaining youth programs and designs in accordance with the organization's mission Train volunteers Evaluate and implement programs Provide presentation to executives, committees, and boards of directors on new developments Interpret administrative and operating policies to volunteers. Meet with community leaders, prospective participants, and neighborhood organizations to convey the mission of the organization Build and start relationships with leaders, prospective participants, and neighborhood organizations to collaborate in allowing our programs into their community **This is an unpaid remote and in-person volunteer opportunity.
